For Sinus pain or sinusitis place the rings on the most painful point on the Cheek, at St2 area.

Make sure that the Green diode is placed on the most painful spot and the Red diode on the opposite side on a painful spot.

Make sure that tha color markings on the diode face each other (see picture).

Then, tape the diode rings to the cheek with micropore tape.
